What We Do
sift. lets you follow topics you do not want to miss. We analyze public web sources and synthesize them into private weekly issues you can read inside the app.
Information We Collect
- Account information: your email address and, if you use Sign in with Apple or Google, the identifier those providers share with us and your name if provided.
- Your content: topic magazines you create, reading progress, and reflections you write on articles.
- Subscription status: whether you have an active subscription, provided by Apple via RevenueCat. We never see your payment card details.
- Push token: if you opt in to notifications, an anonymous device push token.
We do not access contacts, location, camera, or microphone, and we never sell your personal data.
How We Use Data
We use data only to provide the service: sign you in, sync your library and reading progress, generate and deliver issues, manage subscriptions, send requested notifications, and keep the service secure.
Content Sources
Issue content is synthesized by AI language models from publicly available sources across the web. Original sources are attributed and linked where applicable.
